We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven Sector Development Officer to spearhead cluster development, artisan empowerment, and sustainable institutional linkage across India’s vibrant handicraft and handloom ecosystems.

As a Sector Development Officer, you will work directly with master artisans, craft cooperatives, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and government handicraft bodies to strengthen rural value chains, facilitate skill modernization, and bring indigenous craft traditions to national and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cluster Mobilization & Field Mapping: Identify, assess, and organize traditional craft clusters, artisan producer groups, and family workshops across regional belts.
• Capacity Building & Skill Upgradation: Coordinate design intervention workshops, sustainable raw material sourcing, packaging standards, and GI (Geographical Indication) awareness programs for rural craftspeople.
• Market Linkage & Institutional Partnerships: Bridge the gap between artisan producer organizations and CTC Deals digital marketplace, institutional buyers, and curated exhibitions.
• Government Schemes & Grant Facilitation: Assist artisan guilds with access to state/national handicraft welfare schemes, artisan credit cards, Mudra loans, and export promotion incentives.
• Socio-Economic Impact Tracking: Monitor fair-trade compliance, direct artisan wage improvements, and gender empowerment metrics within onboarded craft communities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Rural Development, Social Work (MSW), Public Policy, Handloom & Handicraft Sector Management, Design Management (NIFT/NID), or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in handicraft cluster development, NGO/CSR rural livelihoods, or government-backed cottage industry initiatives (KVIC, DC Handicrafts, NABARD, TRIFED).
• Strong interpersonal skills with deep empathy for traditional artisan communities and fluency in regional languages.
• Willingness to travel to remote artisan hamlets and craft heritage regions across India.

We are seeking an experienced Artisanal Sourcing & Craft Curator to build relationships with rural artisan clusters across India, authenticate traditional craft techniques, and curate premium handmade collections.

• Identify and onboard master artisans and GI-certified craft clusters.
• Conduct quality assessment and heritage authentication of handmade items.
• Coordinate ethical fair-trade supply chains and artisan documentation.

Join our core digital growth team as an E-Commerce Operations & Merchandising Specialist to manage product catalogs, inventory workflows, and customer experience for authentic Indian handicrafts.

• Manage product catalog storytelling, photography assets, and specifications.
• Optimize marketplace merchandising, featured collections, and artisan spotlights.
• Oversee order fulfillment pipelines and heritage packaging standards.
